Thank you for visiting us on the web. Sunrise River Alpacas is home to an array of beautiful, full color alpacas; many for sale. We are open various times through the year as well as by appointment. Our established program has evolved over many years of selective breeding and we are pleased with the results. If you want quality huacaya alpacas from a breeder with years of experience, we are the farm for you! We will help as little or as much as you need.

If you are thinking about getting alpacas or need a refresher, this is the workshop to provide you with information that you need to care for your alpacas and provide some hands-on experience of haltering and leading alpacas. There will be opportunities to work directly the the alpacas; learn how to administer medication; and trim toenails. We will also discuss nutrition, deworming protocols and how to create an alpaca friendly farm.
